Finding hope where life turns, "Bank of Taiwan" celebrates its anniversary and spreads love

(Taiwan Business News) Bank of Taiwan, which has always been passionate about and committed to social welfare, jointly held with Morgan Securities the "Bank of Taiwan Wealth Management 'Finding Hope Where Life Turns' Concert and Investment and Wealth Management Charity Event" on the occasion of celebrating its 68th anniversary, inviting the "Life Jazz Band," formed by visually impaired people, to perform, and giving back to Bank of Taiwan wealth management VIP clients.

Since establishing wealth management, Bank of Taiwan has upheld the business philosophy of integrity, care, efficiency and prudence, and has repeatedly won recognition from various magazine evaluations, such as Global Views Monthly, Wealth Magazine and Business Today. This year (2014), it once again topped the "Most Recommended for Wealth Management" banks in Global Views Monthly's wealth management survey. These many honors once again give Bank of Taiwan staying power, as it continues to move toward the goal of being "a bank worthy of clients' trust."

Bank of Taiwan's outreach of love held a total of three charity events last year (2013), including the National Theater and Concert Hall's "Art Without Distance Dream Realization Project" and "Midsummer Love Relay Arts and Culture Joy Feast," spreading love to students in remote areas and children at the Family Support Center, bringing them full and happy memories.

This year Bank of Taiwan once again held a charity event. On the day of the event, the first item was a "wealth management lecture," helping wealth management VIP clients grasp the threads of investment, followed by continuing to pass love to the "Life Jazz Band," whose motto is 'Our "vision" has no black and white; our "world" is simply colorful.' This band is made up of four visually impaired friends plus one ophthalmologist. Their excellent performance chemistry and one beautiful melody after another filled the concert hall, bringing every listener moving emotions and happiness. Amid continuous applause and an encore that the audience could not bear to end, the event drew to a reluctant close. Bank of Taiwan wishes the band, carrying music, to fly in their inwardly colorful world. The seeds of Bank of Taiwan's love will also continue to be scattered in every corner, generating more care and warmth in society.
