Cathay Women's Basketball players teach basketball skills; young players say they gained a lot

(Taiwan Business News) To encourage Taiwan's sports culture, Cathay Life Insurance held the "VIP Policyholder Children's Basketball Camp" for the second consecutive year, recently holding three sessions in total across northern, central and southern Taiwan, with more than 170 young players participating. The camp invited legendary player Dongfang Jiede to serve as head coach, with elite players such as Cathay Women's Basketball's Huang Yingli serving as instructors. The tailor-made curriculum and careful coaching made the young campers exclaim that they learned so much, and that being a Cathay policyholder is truly wonderful!

At the event, young campers happily said, "I've already made plans with friends I just met to go play basketball together!", "I love the feeling of cheering together with teammates," and "I had so much fun today!" Regional supervisors from Cathay Life Insurance also took part, encouraging the young campers to focus on their studies on weekdays and to enjoy sports happily on weekends, for balanced development.
