Neipu Township Representatives Zeng Jianye and Li Chengzhe and the Stilt House Thai Restaurant Care About Little Seedlings

(Taiwan Business Daily News) Neipu Township Representatives Zeng Jianye and Li Chengzhe hosted a banquet for 100 disadvantaged and outstanding students from three elementary schools: Dongning, Fengtian, and Futian.

Neipu Township Representatives Zeng Jianye and Li Chengzhe, together with the Stilt House Thai Restaurant, co-hosted the "Caring for Little Seedlings" event on the evening of the 12th, hosting a banquet for 100 disadvantaged and outstanding students as well as students regarded as good by their teachers. Zeng Jianye encouraged the children to study hard, read well, and become useful people in society to give back to the community.

Li Chengzhe, owner of the Stilt House Thai Restaurant, and Zeng Jianye, in order to give back to the local community, jointly encouraged this group of children, who came from three elementary schools: Dongning, Fengtian, and Futian. The principals of all three elementary schools were also present. Zeng Jianye and Li Chengzhe rewarded the children with six dishes and one soup, including Thai lemon fish, shrimp paste water spinach, moon shrimp cakes, pad kra pao, and Thai pepper chicken. The children enjoyed the meal immensely and said they were stuffed.

This is another public welfare event by Zeng Jianye and Li Chengzhe, following the year-end warmth-giving event held before this year's Spring Festival. During the year-end event at the beginning of the year, they also hosted a banquet for the elderly living alone from four villages: Fengtian, Zhenfeng, Zhuwei, and Futian. That event was also held at the Stilt House Thai Restaurant, bringing waves of warmth to the elderly.

Li Chengzhe has run the Stilt House for three years. He said that Zeng Jianye cares greatly about disadvantaged groups in the local area. This time, hosting a banquet for disadvantaged and outstanding elementary school students to gather together and encouraging them to study hard and improve themselves is a highly rewarding approach that benefits the children immensely.

Zeng Jianye once again asked Li Chengzhe for assistance, and Li Chengzhe said he felt duty-bound and therefore did his utmost to help. The dinner atmosphere the night before last was harmonious, and the children all enjoyed themselves. Regarding how Zeng Jianye and Li Chengzhe rewarded the children in this way, the principals of the three schools, in addition to expressing their thanks, also told Zeng and Li, "For students, this is the best affirmation and also the best reward."
