Syntrend Creative Park hailed by outsiders as Gou Shouzheng's signature achievement

The Syntrend Creative Park faces many controversies, but the fact that this case would be handled entirely by Gou Shouzheng was a deliberate arrangement. When Chairman Gou originally named it Syntrend, it stood for the meaning of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship, hoping to give young people room to develop. Therefore, the success or failure of the Syntrend Creative Park has also been hailed by outsiders as the key to Gou Shouzheng's succession.

In the future, the Syntrend Creative Park will combine the Guanghua Market, Bade Commercial District and Huashan Cultural and Creative Center to become a new mecca for 3C shopping in Taipei. The Syntrend Creative Park covers 2687 ping, with 12 floors above ground. The 1st floor will be brand flagship stores, the 2nd floor will be a women's accessories area, the 3rd to 4th floors will be a photography culture mall, the 5th floor will be an audio-visual supplies mall, the 6th to 8th floors will be an anime and parent-child plaza, the 9th floor is planned as a restaurant, the 10th to 11th floors will be an incubation center, and the 12th floor will be an exhibition hall. It is expected to create 1500 job opportunities.

This BOT project was invested in and built by Syntrend Digital Company under the Hon Hai Group. Ground was broken in July 2011, and the six-story underground main parking lot was completed and opened in May last year. Next, the "Syntrend Creative Park" is scheduled to open next year;

The Syntrend Creative Park is about to open, and the entire Guanghua Commercial District and Bade Commercial District have also been affected. First, Alley 43, Lane 1, Bade Road, because it is a shortcut from Bade Road to the Guanghua Digital Plaza and the Syntrend Taipei Information Park, has become a major traffic route. Therefore, originally no shops were willing to move in here, but as a result, many shops are now all rushing to rent, which can be said to mean everyone has smelled the business opportunity. Therefore, it can be said that the Syntrend Park has changed the ecosystem of the Guanghua Market!

Will the Syntrend Creative Park be the base of his future cultural and creative business? Gou Shouzheng said that cultural and creative industries are absolutely industries that can be combined with the 3C retail channel industry. If the boys who go to the Guanghua Market can date the girls who go to the Huashan Cultural and Creative Center at Syntrend, then his KPI (key performance indicator) would be achieved.
