Price reference for Labrador Retrievers
1. At present, the most expensive Labrador Retrievers in Asia are in Japan, all imported from the United States, and before being resold their prices were all around 50000-80000 USD.
2. The price of show-grade puppies at top Labrador Retriever kennels in Europe and America is between 10000-30000 USD. The probability that Asians other than Japanese people can buy them is very low, and generally a reservation period of 2-3 years is required. This is mainly because Japan traditionally belongs to the category of Western countries, and Europeans and Americans feel a greater sense of identification with it.

How to choose a Labrador Retriever
1. Head: The Labrador Retriever's head is broad, very clear but not exaggerated. The head and the muzzle lie on parallel planes, and their lengths are roughly equal. The stop is moderate, and the brow is slightly prominent, so the head to the tip of the nose is not a complete straight line. The head lines are clear, the cheeks have not much flesh, the bone lines of the head are clear, and the outline below the eyes is distinct, but the cheeks do not protrude.
2. Nose: The Labrador Retriever's nose is broad and the nostrils are very well developed. The nose of a yellow or black dog is black, the nose of a chocolate-colored dog is brown, and a nose fading to a light shade is not considered a fault. A completely pink nose or a nose lacking any pigment is a disqualification, and the nose tip is pitch black.
3. Teeth: The Labrador Retriever's teeth are strong and even, with a scissors bite. A level bite is also acceptable, but not ideal. An overshot bite, an undershot bite, or misaligned teeth are serious faults. A complete set of teeth is most ideal, and missing molars or premolars is a serious fault.
4. Ears: The Labrador Retriever's ears are relatively large, hanging, moderately close to the head, and positioned rather farther back, slightly below the head and slightly above the level of the eyes. The ears cannot be too large or too heavy, but must be in proportion to the head, and when pulled forward they can extend to the inner corner of the eye.
5. Eyes: The Labrador Retriever's sharp, friendly gaze shows a good temperament, and being intelligent and alert is a characteristic of this breed. The eyes are medium in size and rather widely set, and can be neither protruding nor deeply set. The eye color of a black or yellow dog is brown, with black eye rims; the eye color of a chocolate-colored dog is brown or hazel, with brown eye rims.
6. Neck: The Labrador Retriever's neck has the correct length, allowing it to easily complete retrieval work. It is muscular and free of excess fat. The neck rises firmly from the shoulders, with a moderate arch. The back is firm, and when standing or moving, the topline (from the withers to the hips) remains level. In any case, as a sporting dog, the loin clearly shows elasticity.
7. Body: The Labrador Retriever's couplings are relatively short, and from the well-sprung ribs to the moderately broad chest it appears lean. The chest cannot be too narrow, making the space between the forelegs look empty, nor too wide, making the forequarters look like those of a Bulldog. The underline of an adult dog is almost straight, or slightly tucked up. The loin is short, wide, and strong, extending to very well-developed, powerful hindquarters.
8. Tail: The Labrador Retriever's tail is very thick at the base and gradually tapers toward the tip. It is medium in length, and the length cannot extend beyond the hock. There is no feathering on the tail, and it is covered all around with dense short, thick coat, thus forming a peculiar rounded appearance, described as an “otter” tail.
