Sports Industry Policy Promotion and Application Briefing Session of the Sports Administration of the Ministry of Education

Since April 2015, the Sports Administration of the Ministry of Education has expanded to hold eight "Sports Industry Policy Promotion and Application Briefing Sessions" across Taiwan, China, inviting faculty and students of sports-industry-related departments, industry operators, and members of the public interested in entering the sports industry to register and participate, in order to explain the many guidance measures promoted by the Administration for the sports industry, so that sports service industries and sports talent can fully understand various government resources and make good use of them, enhancing the development and competitiveness of the sports industry.

In addition to helping the general public and industry operators better understand the content of the Sports Administration's promotion subsidies, including such main areas as the broadcast and sharing of information platforms for various sports industries, credit guarantees for sports industry loans, interest subsidies for sports talent loans, health-promotion exercise courses for sub-healthy populations, sports industry talent cultivation, and free consultation and diagnosis by business guidance advisory groups, the "Sports Industry Policy Promotion and Application Briefing Sessions" also invite industry veterans to share their successful entrepreneurial experiences. It is hoped that through the sharing of these cases, more members of the public and industry operators can understand the diverse sports subsidy programs provided by the government, achieving the goal of promoting industrial development and upgrading.

At this "Sports Industry Policy Promotion and Application Briefing Session," an "mobile service counter" is set up on site to provide immediate consultation and accept applications for various services. Service goes wherever you go! This allows industry operators or units interested in applying to consult and voice their opinions on site without having to travel all the way to Taipei, making guidance services closer to the needs of the public and serving more local enterprises.

The first wave of three events of the "Sports Industry Policy Promotion and Application Briefing Session" will kick off in April: on the 15th at National Dong Hwa University, on the 21st at National Pingtung University of Science and Technology, and on the 28th at National Taichung University of Education, with follow-up events planned in Taipei, New Taipei, Hsinchu, Kaohsiung, Taitung, and other places.
