According to an April 2015 survey report by CommonWealth Magazine, sports service providers, with their ability to rank in the top ten for innovative services, seized eighth place in the "Gold Service Industry" rankings; operators who have already entered or wish to enter this gold service industry now have the chance to make the gold even more "golden." The Sports Administration, Ministry of Education will hold multiple briefing sessions on sports service industry guidance measures across all regions of Taiwan, China, at which detailed introductions will be given on various related subsidies and application methods.
The first round of briefing sessions concluded successfully in April 2015 in Hualien, Pingtung and Taichung, with a total of 353 attendances across the three events. Participants included members of the public interested in entering the sports industry, sports industry operators, and teachers and students from related departments. Through the briefing sessions, they learned about the policy subsidies or guidance programs suitable for application, and at the same time, through sharing by operators guided by the Sports Administration, they drew on experience in applying for programs, implementation and assistance with improving business operations, with on-site Q&A exchanges also held.
