The Executive Yuan Youth Entrepreneurship Base, formerly the Jinhua Residence, held its opening tea party today and was officially inaugurated! The tea party invited Executive Yuan Premier Mao Chi-kuo, Ministers without Portfolio Feng Yen, Lin Cheng-tsu, Hsu Chun-yi and Tsai Yu-ling, Council of Agriculture Minister Chen Bao-ji, Ministry of Culture Deputy Minister Chiu Yu-yun, Financial Supervisory Commission Vice Chairman Huang Tian-mu, Council of Indigenous Peoples Deputy Minister Chen Cheng-chia, Ministry of Economic Affairs Deputy Minister Shen Jong-chin, Small and Medium Enterprise Administration Director General Yeh Yun-lung, National Youth Entrepreneurship Association of the Republic of China President Sun Da-wen, Executive Yuan youth advisors Chao Shih-lung, Peng Yen-han and Li Wei-kuo, representatives of the youth entrepreneurship project execution team, and many startup communities joined in the occasion.

The Executive Yuan Youth Entrepreneurship Base was established in line with the Executive Yuan's innovation and entrepreneurship policy priority of "finding a way forward for young people," introducing an O2O (Online To Offline) service model. Through the online Dream Realization Network, telephone and offline in-person family-doctor-style consultations, lecture courses, and the 368 tour vehicle carrying entrepreneurial resources, it works together to inject fresh momentum into youth entrepreneurship.

Executive Yuan Premier Mao Chi-kuo pointed out that although previous industrial revolutions advanced human civilization, they also consumed enormous resources, and production methods must change. New opportunities await young people to develop and create, replacing efficiency with innovation and cost competition with value. Taiwan's young people have vigorous innovation and entrepreneurship vitality, and the government's role is to catalyze the building of a sound Taiwan entrepreneurship ecosystem. It therefore decided to release the Jinhua Residence and, carrying forward the garage startup spirit, build the Executive Yuan Youth Entrepreneurship Base as a gas station and charging station for young entrepreneur friends, providing integrated online-and-offline one-stop entrepreneurial services.

The opening tea party of the Executive Yuan Youth Entrepreneurship Base was itself full of an innovative atmosphere, using NFC (Near Field Communication) sensing technology for check-in on site, allowing attending guests to check in and simultaneously check in on social media and upload. On the second floor of the venue, eight startups were also invited to showcase their achievements.

The launch ceremony also invited new entrepreneurs representing four major categories - young farmers, cultural and creative industries, food and beverage, and technology startups - to share their entrepreneurial journeys together, persisting in doing what they believe in and what everyone can feel. These entrepreneurs have been supported all along by the relevant ministries: Chen Cheng-cheng of Wencheng Honey, jointly mentored by the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Economic Affairs, whom Premier Mao called the XO of the honey world, because his rich, mellow honey was once selected as an ingredient for the honeycomb bread at a French bread competition; Lin Shih-hsuan of JEANSDA, strongly supported by the National Development Fund, who was selected for the Ministry of Economic Affairs' 13th New Business Award, with tailoring meticulous about flattering Asian body types and known as "instant-sellout jeans"; Long Hou-ying of Ha Bao Bao light meals and brunch and her husband Hsu Po-wen, a retired volunteer military serviceman, who pooled resources from the Veterans Affairs Council and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and were selected for the Ministry of Economic Affairs' 11th New Business Award, pioneering a "five-zone division of labor, synchronous operation" model that effectively broke out of the red ocean of brunch; and Kao Chang-yuan of Renshi Technology, mentored under the Ministry of Economic Affairs incubation program and stationed at the Taipei Tech incubation center, who brought maker spirit to bear by taking unmanned aerial vehicle uses into the realm of entertainment experiences, combining technology with entertainment to open a new value blue ocean market.
