NDC and Taipei City Government agree to find a more suitable location for the "International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park"

To help Taiwan's startup teams expand into global markets, the National Development Council (NDC) and the Taipei City Government previously agreed to cooperate in building an International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park at the Taipei Expo Park Exhibition Hall (Zhongshan Soccer Stadium) in Taipei City, and named it the "Taiwan Startup Stadium (TSS)." Considering that the original site was intended for short-term temporary use and did not conform to the NDC's principle of effective use of funds, both parties agreed to find a more suitable location to plan the startup park.

The preparatory office of the Taiwan Startup Stadium (TSS) was established in March of this year and has been operating first at the NDC Songjiang Building, actively helping startup teams connect with international resources and striving to build the nation's brand for innovation and entrepreneurship. Over the past six months, it has gained recognition from the domestic startup community and has been reported multiple times by international media. Before the new park location is confirmed, the NDC and the TSS preparatory office will continue and expand their work at the Songjiang Building to promote services for new startup businesses.

During the promotion of the International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park, the NDC and the Taipei City Government have established good mutual trust and interaction. Both parties will continue to carry out various cooperation efforts in the future and work together to promote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship in Taiwan.
