Regarding the corn price market, Kexue Xingnong has recently stated its position several times, expressing optimism about this year's post-autumn corn situation. As for moist grain, its price is directly linked to the market's dry grain, so the price of moist grain is certainly bound to move upward as well. However, the price of moist grain is still bound to differ somewhat from that of dry corn.

So-called moist grain is grain that is sold directly right after the corn harvest without being dried or sun-dried, or corn that the market determines to have a moisture content above 14%, with different prices assigned according to moisture content grades.

As shown in the table above, this is the grain price purchasing standard set by grain processing enterprises. The higher the moisture content of the corn, the lower its price; for every one-point increase in moisture content, the price will basically be lowered by one point. Given the current market conditions, everyone can work out the calculations themselves.

The table above is the purchasing table from when corn first came onto the market in the Heilongjiang region last year. As for this year's situation, once the new corn comes onto the market, it is basically certain that the price will be higher than last year's.

First, this year's large-scale drought in Northeast China caused poor seedling emergence during the corn seedling stage, which is bound to have some impact on this year's corn output. And judging from the media's surveys so far, a reduction in this year's corn output is basically a foregone conclusion (per-unit yield). In addition, this year's corn planting area has also declined somewhat. Affected by supply-side structural reform, corn became a target for reduction, and in April the state issued a document urging all regions to issue plans for expanding soybean area. Corn, also a summer crop, naturally had its planting area squeezed by soybeans.

Overall, this year's corn output should decline further. With corn processing enterprises' capacity having expanded somewhat this year while output has decreased somewhat, the opening purchase price for corn this autumn will naturally not be too bad, and judging from current corn prices, they have basically generally reached around eight mao per jin, also much higher than the price at the time of last year's opening purchase. I believe this autumn's corn price will not be bad.
