The Export Processing Zone Administration (EPZA) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs held an investment review meeting on January 28, approving 7 investment applications, including 6 companies - Yong Ding Technology, Guohui Human Resources, Rong Ye Technology, Shu Wei Technology, PULE Design, and Sheng Zhan Capital Management - to invest and move into Taichung Software Park, with investment amounting to NT$91.59 million.

The 6 companies investing and moving into Taichung Software Park this time cover industries including laser technology, information security software, wireless medical equipment, jewelry management software and hardware, web programming systems, and interactive digital electronic display boards. Optimistic about the abundant resources and development potential of Taichung Software Park, they are setting up corporate innovation and R&D, cultural and creative design, and talent training centers. Through information and communication technology and software, combined with consumer experience services, they aim to create high-value-added products and enhance their own brand value, not only deepening the park's industrial cluster effect but also laying a solid foundation for the long-term development of the enterprises.

The EPZA stated that the 2 developers in Taichung Software Park (Youshun and Da Maijia) and 2 land-leasing self-built manufacturers (Dingxin and Wangyin) have all commenced construction and are fully engaged in attracting investment. The administration has successively approved 27 investment cases, with cumulative investment reaching NT$7.3 billion, building Taichung Software Park into a knowledge economy park for information software, digital content, 3D technology, and cultural creativity. At the same time, it is combining with various universities in central Taiwan to promote industry-academia cooperation, train high-quality manpower, and enhance the soft power of the central Taiwan region.
