Turning 3 balconies of a new home from barren to a beautiful little garden in 15 days

I bought a house with 3 balconies just so I could grow flowers (1 of them has been enclosed), and went way over budget because of it. I bought a house with 3 balconies just so I could grow flowers (1 of them has been enclosed), and went way over budget because of it. At the time I thought that even if I went over budget, I still had to buy it. You have to know how hard it is to find a house with a balcony in Jinan (ground-floor courtyards were not a consideration).

It has been almost half a month since I moved into the new home, and the little garden is also finished. It took half a month to go from a barren little balcony to a fairly pretty little garden, and I am very excited.

This is the south-facing balcony. I only built this one; I did not have time to do the north-facing one. Moving was too busy.

Only the table and chairs have a glass roof above them, so they will not get rained on, though when it rains hard, rain still splashes in. I really love this set of distressed-style table and chairs....

Most of them are petunias. They were the first ones I got hooked on....

A pot of moss rose. It was given by a strange auntie by the roadside. I originally wanted to buy a pot from her, but who knew my luck would explode, and she said, just take a pot.

The auntie grows many pots of moss rose, and she grows them really well....

This is the other side. I used mesh to cover the slanted wall, so flowers can also be hung below, and sunlight can still shine in.

I planted pennywort in the small bucket. It is quite beautiful....

I really like distressed-style things.... If I had known it would be this beautiful, I would have bought 2.

The lamp on the wall by the door....

Even though it is not very bright....

A string of bells....

Dichondra 'Emerald Falls'.

This is another black-eyed Susan vine. This one gets more sun.

Little petunia.

The first pot of periwinkle. She is a good little baby, and I will plant more in the future.

Actually, what I should be most grateful for is my fellow flower growers. I visited many of your gardens, otherwise I definitely would not have known where to start.
