Hsinchu City Service Industry Joint Job Fair Opens on the 17th, 27 Employers Offering 875 Job Openings

Hsinchu City Department of Labor stated on the 11th that, in response to the post-Lunar New Year job-change wave and the recruitment needs of businesses and institutions, and to provide citizens with diverse employment opportunities, the Hsinchu City Government, the Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli Branch of the Workforce Development Agency under the Ministry of Labor, and the Hsinchu Veterans Service Office will jointly hold the "Monkey Awesome! Service Industry Joint Job Fair" on March 17 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the 5th Floor Grand Auditorium of the North District Administration Building in Hsinchu City. A total of 27 quality employers, including 2nd Floor Restaurant, Big City, and YouBike, will participate and offer 875 job openings. Job seekers and those looking to change careers are welcome to attend.

Hsinchu City Mayor Lin Chih-chien stated that, in response to the slowing labor market and the arrival of graduation season, the city government is actively taking various employment matching measures to provide graduates and citizens with the best employment opportunities. Therefore, this year, for the first time, it has integrated 6 top universities within its jurisdiction to promote the "New Students, New Salary, Prosperous Future" university campus recruitment series of activities, so that more graduates and citizens can fully obtain recruitment event information and increase their employment opportunities.
