The most complete pig farm immunization program is here, pig farmers save it for future use
I. Pig farm immunization program
1. At 7 days of age, inject the lapinized attenuated lyophilized vaccine against Mycoplasma pneumoniae (for pigs in farms where the disease has been eradicated);
2. At 15 days of age, intramuscular injection of 2 ml of multivalent inactivated vaccine against piglet edema disease;
3. At 20 days of age, intramuscular injection of 4 doses of attenuated lyophilized vaccine against classical swine fever:
4. At 30 days of age, inject inactivated vaccine against porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) (for use in positive pig farms) (use according to the instructions)
5. At 35 days of age, optionally administer inactivated foot-and-mouth disease vaccine (use according to the instructions)
6. At 40 days of age, the paratyphoid vaccine must be administered (live vaccine of attenuated Salmonella choleraesuis strain C500), intramuscular injection of one dose or oral administration of 4 doses.
7. At 56 days of age, intramuscular injection of 4 doses of attenuated lyophilized vaccine against classical swine fever. (booster vaccine)
8. At 60 days of age, subcutaneous injection of 1 dose or oral administration of 4 doses of attenuated lyophilized live vaccine against Streptococcus suis.
Notes:
1. In areas threatened by foot-and-mouth disease, use the O-type foot-and-mouth disease oil emulsion inactivated vaccine. Pigs over 50 kg are injected with 3 ml; pigs of 25-50 kg are injected with 2 ml; pigs of 10-25 kg are injected with 1 ml.
2. Every year in October, inject the combined inactivated vaccine or attenuated vaccine against porcine transmissible gastroenteritis and epidemic diarrhea.
Precautions:
1. Before and after vaccine use, attention should be paid to the impact of the drugs used on the immune effect of the vaccine. Special attention should be paid to immunosuppressive drugs and antimicrobial drugs that have killing or inhibitory effects on bacterial vaccines.
2. In case of allergic reactions, inject 02-1 ml of epinephrine per pig subcutaneously or intramuscularly; if intravenous injection is required, dilute 10 times;
3. Vaccine immunization should generally be carried out when pigs are in a healthy state. The immunization program is often adjusted due to multiple factors such as the health status of the pig herd. Please adjust the immunization program under the guidance of a veterinarian. Classical swine fever and foot-and-mouth disease should be nationally mandatory immunizations; vaccines can be collected directly from the local animal disease prevention station or you can ask them to send personnel to inject them free of charge.
4. In order to make the vaccine work better, effective management measures must be taken to reduce pathogenic microorganisms in the environment.
5. The above immunization program is only a guide; each farm should select according to its own disease conditions and existing problems.
6. The lactation period is a key link. In order to reduce the chance of piglets being infected by sows, isolation early weaning or medicated early weaning techniques can be used, weaning within 4 weeks.
7. This guidance content is relatively comprehensive and detailed, but not every pig farm or pig farmer must follow it.
????II. Pig farm health care program
1. 1-3 days of age. Inject or orally administer 1 ml per pig of Zhili Jinzhen and 1 ml per pig of Wenre Kang. Once is enough.
2. 7-10 days of age: add "Ailexiao" or "Qingwen Baidu San" (can be added to feed at a ratio of 0.2-0.4%) to the creep feed for suckling piglets to attract them to eat
3. 12-14 days of age: orally administer or inject 2 ml per pig of Zhili Jinzhen, once is enough. Add "Shuqite" or "Qingwen Baidu San" to the feed for three consecutive days; castration.
4. 18-22 days of age: orally administer "Zhili Jinzhen" or "Wenre Kang" for three consecutive days.
5. 28-30 days of age: add "Fuzheng Jiedu San" or "Lüyuan Hong" or "Qingwen Baidu San" to feed or drinking water, once daily for three consecutive days. To prevent edema disease, the effect is better than edema disease vaccine. Weaning can be done at this time.
6. 38-40 days of age: (1) Use Fangtong "Changshun" tablets or Quchong Ke powder for deworming once, and at the same time orally administer "Qingwen Baidu San". (2) At the same time, add "Ailexiao" or "Shuqite" to the feed, which can prevent many bacterial and viral diseases.
7. 50-60 days of age: add "Ailexiao" to the feed at a ratio of 0.2%, and at the same time add "Qingwen Baidu San" at 0.1-0.15 g/kg to prevent streptococcal disease, toxoplasmosis and piglet edema disease, for 10 consecutive days.
8. 61 days to slaughter (fattening period): (1) In the first 15 days of each month, feed "Ailexiao" for 35 days, and in the latter 15 days feed "Qingwen Baidu San" plus Shuqite for about 5 days, to improve immunity and prevent viral diseases such as PRRS, circovirus disease and influenza, as well as digestive tract, respiratory tract, Mycoplasma suis, Streptococcus and blood infections; (2) About every 40 days, use Fangtong Yichong Ke tablets or Quchong Ke powder for deworming once. (3) Every week, use "dual-chain quaternary ammonium complex iodine disinfectant" and Fangtong Wudi disinfectant alternately, and disinfect the pig house and environment at least 2 times.
Another immunization program:
(1) Suckling piglets
1. Enzootic pneumonia: standard immunization is the first vaccination on day 21, and a second immunization 2-3 weeks after weaning (some vaccines recommend only one immunization). If enzootic pneumonia is relatively severe on the farm, the first vaccination can be moved earlier to 10-14 days.
2. PRRS (porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome; immunization must only be carried out when PRRS has been confirmed to exist on the farm). Standard immunization is the first vaccination on day 21, and a second immunization 2-3 weeks after weaning. If infection occurs early, the first vaccination can be moved earlier to 8-10 days.
3. Porcine atrophic rhinitis: in addition to vaccinating sows, piglets can receive the first vaccination at 21 days, and a second immunization 2-3 weeks later.
4. Escherichia coli: if there is edema disease on the farm, piglets need to be immunized before weaning.
(2) Weaned and growing pigs: according to the actual situation of each farm, the time when the disease appears, and the second immunization of suckling piglets during lactation, carry out immunization at this stage at the appropriate time.
Mainly include: classical swine fever, foot-and-mouth disease, pseudorabies, Escherichia coli (edema disease), Salmonella, infectious pleuropneumonia, Pasteurella, swine erysipelas, Streptococcus and other vaccines.
(3) Sows before mating and replacement gilts:
For the first immunization, vaccination needs to be carried out 5 weeks and 2 weeks before mating respectively.
Mainly include: swine erysipelas? parvovirus? Leptospira;
The following diseases can also be immunized at this stage.
Classical swine fever
? Foot-and-mouth disease (if this disease occurs in suckling piglets, sows can be immunized before farrowing)
? Pseudorabies (if this disease occurs in suckling piglets, sows can be immunized before farrowing)
? PRRS (porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome; immunization must only be carried out when PRRS has been confirmed to exist on the farm)
(4) Sows before farrowing and replacement gilts - the following immunizations can be given to sows before farrowing to increase antibodies in colostrum. First-parity sows require two immunizations at 5 weeks and 2 weeks before farrowing, and multiparous sows should receive one immunization 2 weeks before farrowing.
? Escherichia coli? Atrophic rhinitis? Transmissible gastroenteritis
