Feeding garlic to chickens has many benefits, and farmers may want to give it a try
(1) Peel and mash garlic, mix it into the feed, 3-5 g per chicken (one fresh garlic bulb weighs about 50 g).
(2) Make it into garlic powder and add it to adult chicken feed at 0.1%.
(3) Make it into garlic tincture and seal it for later use, diluting it with water when feeding. Adding 1%-2% fresh garlic or 2% garlic powder to the diet of broilers can make the meat more fragrant, and can also remove the fishy smell in the meat after the chickens eat fishmeal, with no adverse effect on chicken growth: adding 4% chopped garlic sprouts or 3% garlic powder to the diet of laying hens can increase the egg production rate by 10%-15%; adding 1%-2% fresh garlic to broiler feed one month before market (do not feed it in the half month before market), after 1 month the disease resistance, feed conversion rate and growth rate all improve to varying degrees, and the feathers are glossy and bright, the meat is fresh and tender after slaughter, the soup is clear and fragrant, and the meat flavor is greatly improved.
