Daylily Cultivation Techniques

I. Seedling Management:

On the seedbed, seedlings are raised through seed propagation, slice propagation, moss axil propagation, and division propagation. During the seedling stage, use 1 bag of Qinongsu + 100 g (2 liang) of monopotassium phosphate + 50 g (1 liang) of urea, add 30 jin of water, and spray once every 1-2 months, which greatly shortens the time to seedling maturity. When transplanting small seedlings to the field, use 1 bag of Qinongsu + 100 g (2 liang) of monopotassium phosphate + 50 g (1 liang) of urea, add 15 jin of water, soak the roots and the whole plant's branches and leaves for 1-3 minutes, then plant into the holes; the survival rate is extremely high.

II. Seedling Stage Management:

For daylily seedlings transplanted into the field, use 1 bag (10 g) of Qinongsu + 100 g (2 liang) of monopotassium phosphate + 1 liang of urea, add 30 jin of water, and spray 1-3 times, which greatly promotes growth and advances entry into the flowering stage.

III. Flowering Stage Management:

During the bud stage and flowering stage, or after each flower harvest, one spray application should be carried out: 1 bag of Qinongsu, 100 g (2 liang) of boron fertilizer, 1/4 bag (0.25 g) of gibberellin, 50 g (1 liang) of zinc sulfate, 100 g (2 liang) of monopotassium phosphate, add 30 jin of water and spray. Spray once after each flower picking or at intervals of 20 days, which significantly increases flowering, and the flower quantity can increase multiple times. Generally, the yield increases by more than 30-50%, and the dry flower yield per mu can reach 800 jin.

IV. Pest and Disease Control:

Use 1 bag (10 g) of Qinongsu + 1 tube of methomyl + 1 bag of imidacloprid + 50 g (1 liang) of urea, add about 30 jin of water.

V. Significant Economic Benefits:

The input-to-benefit ratio is 1:10---50 or more. The benefits include savings on seeds, pesticides, fertilizers, and increased yield from labor.
