To cultivate farmers' business management capabilities and introduce technology into agricultural operations and cross-industry alliances, the Taitung County Agriculture Department specially planned a three-stage "Agricultural Talent Training" course. On the 6th, the opening training session of the second stage, the "Agricultural Innovation Business Planning Workshop," was held. Magistrate Huang Chien-ting was invited to the opening ceremony to encourage the participants. He hoped that farmer friends would do a good job in production management, understand market demand and future trends, and pay attention to food safety issues. The county government is willing to assist with marketing and funding, with the aim of jointly creating a rural economy and agricultural soft power.

The opening training activity was held at 9 a.m. in the Grand Cultural and Creative Classroom of the Art Museum. Agriculture Department Director Hsu Jui-kuei, Deputy Director Hsu Chia-hao, and other officials attended. More than 20 participants signed up to take part. Magistrate Huang Chien-ting said in his speech that the second stage, the "Agricultural Innovation Business Planning Workshop," is divided into 2 sessions (36 hours per session). Priority for participation is given to cadres of agricultural production and marketing groups, counselors of farmer groups or agricultural organizations, and young farmers. The course content covers agricultural enterprise management, team operations of production and marketing organizations, cost management, informatization applications, and food safety. In addition to explanations by experts, several outstanding agricultural operators were specially invited to share their own experiences and management models.

The third stage, the "Agricultural Marketing Workshop," consists of 2 sessions (36 hours per session) and will begin on 4/28. Each session is expected to have 20 people. The course content includes market positioning, channel expansion, product planning, development of local specialty industries, marketing strategies, and applications of technological agriculture. Registration has been quite enthusiastic, and it is hoped that this will enhance farmers' soft power.
