Hsinchu Mayor Lin Chih-chien: Craft Beer Brewery Weekend Party Welcomes You to Experience It

To promote local industry and drive research and development technology in small and medium-sized enterprises, the Hsinchu City Government has continued to invest funding in the "Hsinchu City Local SBIR Program," among which "Taiwan Craft Beer Brewery Co." was an outstanding manufacturer in the 104th year. Mayor Lin Chih-chien personally visited the brewery on the 18th, affirming Craft Beer Brewery's pursuit of innovation and its integration with local operations, and announced that Craft Beer Brewery, in conjunction with this weekend's "Green Park Way Party," is launching a limited-edition beer souvenir called "Hsinchu Heart, Xiangshan Spirit."

Mayor Lin Chih-chien said that Taiwan Craft Beer Brewery is an admirable local enterprise. Chairman Zeng Yilian invested ten years in developing a beer with a smoother, richer taste, sparing no effort to improve brewing quality, taking root in Xiangshan while keeping an eye on the international market, and hoping that one day people abroad will drink beer from Hsinchu City.

Mayor Lin Chih-chien said that many small and medium-sized enterprises in Hsinchu City have their research and development hindered by funding problems. After the city government implemented the local SBIR, outstanding results were achieved. Among them, Taiwan Craft Beer Brewery carried out an SBIR project, developing "Drunken Concubine" beer using local Xiangshan lychees, and using a local Hsinchu City glass factory for packaging. In addition to implementing the production philosophy of local manufacturing, it also led the development of surrounding enterprises, "successfully building a local brand."

In addition, to coincide with the Hsinchu City Government's "Green Park Way Party" on May 20 and 21, Taiwan Craft Beer Brewery has specially launched a limited-edition souvenir called "Hsinchu Heart, Xiangshan Spirit," featuring barley beer and rye beer. Everyone who participates in this week's "Green Park Way Party" will have a chance to receive the locally crafted "Hsinchu Heart, Xiangshan Spirit," limited to 50 sets, a total of 100 bottles of beer souvenirs.
