Taoyuan Mayor Cheng Wen-tsan went to Taipei's Hope Square on the 16th to attend the "Lala Mountain Peach Marketing Press Conference." Mayor Cheng Wen-tsan said that Fuxing District in Taoyuan City produces an abundance of Lala Mountain peaches every year from July to August, and they are not only juicy, good in texture, and rich in nutrition, but also the best fruit of summer and a gift from God to the Atayal people. Tips for selecting them include "fine fuzz on the skin," "rounded bottom," "a groove at the stem end," and "large fruit shape." Because production is limited, everyone is reminded to seize the time and buy them, and all are welcome to take a small trip to Fuxing District.

Mayor Cheng Wen-tsan said that the Fuxing District Farmers' Association promotes Lala Mountain peach certification, and the box packaging bears the Atayal mother facial tattoo mark, representing the "genuine mark" of Lala Mountain peaches. Everyone is welcome to choose and buy peaches with the mark, which will increase the income of the tribespeople and improve their lives. The city government will also simultaneously improve soil and water conservation so that agriculture and ecology can coexist.
