Zoo August Bear-Themed Event Invites You to Walk, Collect Stamps and Exchange for Gifts
Walk, collect stamps, exchange for gifts! Come to the zoo this August for "Bear" Awesome!
Taipei Zoo and the Wenshan Safe Community partners have jointly created the world's first "Healthy 'Bear' Awesome - Zoo Friendly Safety Trail," combining health, technology (QR code), safety (AED), accessibility, natural ecology and wildlife observation, suitable for all ages. From August 1, 2017 (Tuesday) to August 31, 2017 (Thursday), a "Stamp Collection Activity" suitable for the whole family will be held. During the event, zoo visitors only need to collect all 4 commemorative stamps at the 4 safety trails in the park to exchange for a limited-edition small gift at the Visitor Service Center! During the summer vacation, we welcome friends young and old to invite their parents, grandparents and neighbors to come to the zoo to exercise and stay fit, and share a wonderful time of family reunion!
Taipei Zoo has specially partnered with the Wenshan Safe Community partners to create an 880-meter-long "Healthy 'Bear' Awesome - Zoo Friendly Safety Trail" in the park, making it the nation's first walking trail combining health, safety, technology, accessibility and animal observation. A round trip on foot takes about 30 minutes. The entire trail has no stairs and is barrier-free, with a gentle slope, and on both sides there are animals to observe such as the Giant Panda House and the Tropical Rainforest Area, making it very suitable for the whole family to participate together across all age groups.
