What are the technical requirements for mechanized subsoiling operations?
Mechanized subsoiling technology is a soil tillage technique that only loosens the soil without turning over the soil layer. It breaks up the plow pan, increases the speed and amount of rainwater infiltration, causes little disturbance to the soil, and leaves most of the crop residue on the surface, which helps preserve soil moisture and prevent wind erosion. Mechanized subsoiling technology usually uses a tractor-mounted subsoiler for the operation. Forms and technical requirements of subsoiling: subsoiling includes full subsoiling and localized subsoiling. Full subsoiling uses an inverted V-shaped all-direction subsoiler to carry out the corresponding subsoiling operation according to different crops and different soil conditions.
The main technical requirements are:
(1) Suitable tillage conditions. Soil moisture content of 15%-22%;
(2) Operation requirements. Subsoiling depth of 35-50 cm; subsoiling timing: operate after straw treatment before sowing; during the operation, the subsoiling depth must be consistent, and there must be no repeated or missed subsoiling;
(3) Supporting measures. When the weather is too dry, soil moisture can be created;
(4) Operation cycle: according to soil conditions and the density of machinery entering the field, generally subsoil once every 2 to 3 years.
