Sun Daojun and his delegation first arrived at the oil-tea camellia base in Yangliu Village, Yeda Township, to learn in detail about the oil-tea camellia planting situation. Afterwards, Sun Daojun and his delegation also inspected the construction of the relocation and resettlement site aided by Chutian Group. He repeatedly instructed the construction unit that since there is more rain in summer, the design and planning of drainage ditches and flood control channels must first be considered in housing construction. It is necessary to grasp both quality and safety, and also increase speed. Near noon, Sun Daojun and his delegation took a boat to Machi Village to visit the village-stationed poverty alleviation task force and held a meeting at the Machi Village kindergarten. After listening to the work report of Yeda Township, Sun Daojun spoke highly of the work of Yeda Township since the beginning of this year. He said that at present Yeda Township shows a relatively good situation of overall social stability and controllability, unity and harmonious coexistence between cadres and the masses, and orderly advancement of key work, with achievements obvious to all. Regarding the next step of work, Sun Daojun required that a list be drawn up, efforts be exerted in two areas, three priorities be highlighted, and efforts be made to promote economic and social transformation and leapfrog development.
