In Kezuo Zhong Banner, the 15 key projects at the autonomous region level that began construction in a concentrated manner in spring, with a total investment of 7.18 billion yuan, have both a completion rate of procedures and a project start rate of 100%.
Among them, there are 6 infrastructure "seven networks" projects. For the Provincial Road 310 Tongyu to Tongliao second-class highway construction project, subgrade clearing is underway, and the subgrade and bridge and culvert works will be completed within the year; for the 165 km village-access cement road project, the construction team has already entered the site and started work, and it is expected to be fully completed in August; the 270,000-mu farmland water-saving project centered on shallow-buried drip irrigation and integrated water and fertilizer planting has been fully completed; the comprehensive renovation and upgrading project of 10 small towns has completed greening work, rebuilt 17.2 km of roads, and laid 43.3 km of rainwater pipelines and 15.7 km of sewage pipelines; the Wanzhong project with an annual output of 10 million cubic meters of biomass natural gas and 50,000 tons of organic fertilizer is carrying out foundation construction; the Gezhouba 100,000-kilowatt distributed photovoltaic power generation project combining livestock and solar power has purchased equipment, completed surveying and mapping and geological exploration, and is building supporting works. There are 6 industrial transformation and upgrading projects. For the Huazhong Agricultural Trade annual processing project of 100,000 tons of cold-pressed sunflower oil, equipment has been purchased, and the foundation work of the production workshop is under construction; for the Sanhe 1 million-ton coarse cereals and miscellaneous beans collection, storage and processing project, 9 storage warehouses in the storage area have been completed, and construction has started in the processing area; for the Baokang Town hardware and building materials market project with a total floor area of 45,000 sq m, the foundation work has been completed; the Xingtiandi intelligent agricultural machinery and tools manufacturing project has begun assembly and trial production; for the Hongda Xingye 1 million-mu saline-alkali land improvement project, 160,000 mu of land has been contracted and transferred; for the Henan Muyuan 1 million-head pig modern agricultural industrialization system construction project, equipment has now entered the site, and construction materials such as cement slatted floors are being processed. There are 3 social livelihood projects. For the banner museum, cultural center, planning exhibition hall, and science and technology museum construction project, the main structure has been topped out, exterior decoration will be completed in August, and it will be completed and put into use within the year; for the Baokang Town Ruyi Lake Ecological Sports Park construction project covering an area of 2.3 million sq m, 2 million cubic meters of earth has been excavated, 5,000 sq m of greening has been completed, and supporting works such as paving and landscape lighting will be completed before the end of August; for the urban village renovation project in Baozhong Village and Xidaoerjihua Gacha in Baokang Town, foundation construction is underway.
