Miaoli County Youth Startup Achievement Exhibition: Romantic Taichung Route 3 tea culture industry draws attention
The Miaoli County Government and Yu Da University of Science and Technology held the "Hakka Youth Returning Home · Local Revitalization" joint achievement exhibition on the 19th at the Urban Planning Hall, showcasing the highlights of the younger generation using creativity to build industries through a Hakka light fashion runway show, youth startup market, and sharing of returning youth entrepreneurial experiences, attracting many people to visit and experience.
Miaoli Youth Startup Workshop No. 1 was unveiled and began operating last December. Over the past nearly one year, it has held 21 youth entrepreneurship courses, benefiting more than 1,400 people, provided nearly 10,000 person-times of various consultations, and assisted 3 youth startup and young farmer groups in completing company registration. The achievement exhibition was held on the 19th, hoping to let more people see the creative highlights of young people.
The achievement exhibition opened in the morning with a Hakka light fashion lifestyle show. Miaoli tea and ceramics experts Xu Shiwen and Zhong Dingxiong led students from Yu Da University of Science and Technology and Fujian Business University in a runway show of newly designed cross-generational tea artisan clothing, depicting a new generation's imaginative style of Hakka village life, with creativity that drew attention.
County Magistrate Xu Yaochang highly affirmed the innovative thinking of Miaoli's youth. Young people returning home invest their youth and sweat to create new value for local characteristic industries. He hoped that fellow residents would give them more encouragement and support, and also looked forward to more young people migrating back to Miaoli to start businesses and find employment.
To present the results of the Hakka industry cluster innovation promotion plan, the venue planned a Romantic Taichung Route 3 Three Tea Symphony experience area, inviting Xifengshou Tea Seat, Zeng's Top-Grade Oriental Beauty Tea, Yongxiang Tea Shop, Beipu Tea Industry Company, and the Industrial Technology Research Institute to set up romantic tea seats, allowing participating guests to deeply experience Miaoli's rich and diverse tea and ceramics culture.
The venue featured youth startup, small farmer, and handmade markets, as well as silk-screen square scarf experience, cow handmade DIY, check-in redemption for free Hakka tea seat experience activities, and a performance by Zhunan's "Shengdong Jixi" music classroom. The rich content attracted many people to stop, appreciate, and shop.
