On June 21, 2017, Jing Houju, a farmer from Jingqiao Village, Shouzhangji Town, Liangshan County, Jining City, Shandong Province, invested nearly 100,000 yuan with financial support from a rural commercial bank to build a pollution-free green organic bean sprout factory. It is understood that the farmer Jing Houju learned the cultivation technique in Weifang, Shandong, and expanded the sprouts to 6 varieties including pea sprouts, peanut sprouts, mung bean sprouts and radish seedling sprouts, selling them to supermarkets, wholesale markets, large [venues] and restaurants across 15 townships, becoming an excellent sprout food on people's dining tables, with broad and attractive prospects for development.
