The amount of water for peace lilies should be adjusted according to the weather and season. In spring, once a week is enough; in summer, about twice a week; in autumn, also once a week; in winter, it depends on the condition of the potting soil, just keep the soil slightly moist.

1. Spring

In spring, the temperature gradually rises, but water evaporates relatively slowly, so there is no need to water too frequently; once a week is enough.

2. Summer

In summer, the temperature is too high and water evaporates quickly. It grows relatively fast at high temperatures and needs timely water replenishment. You can use a spray bottle to mist the leaves and also spray water near the plant to increase the surrounding air humidity. The watering frequency can be increased to about twice a week.

3. Autumn

In autumn, the amount of water can be appropriately reduced, just keep the soil moist; the watering frequency is similar to that in spring.

4. Winter

In winter, the temperature is low and evaporation is slow. If watered too much, it easily causes excessive water accumulation in the pot, leading to root rot, yellow leaves and other symptoms. The watering frequency can be based on how dry the soil is, just ensure it stays slightly moist.

5. Precautions

In winter, pay attention to cold protection and warmth, prevent the plant from freezing to death or getting frostbitten, and try to keep the plant in an environment above 10°C.
