The Tainan District Agricultural Research and Extension Station of the Council of Agriculture today (26th) held a press conference for the new variety "Qingjiang rapeseed Tainan No. 4." Qingjiang rapeseed possesses the vigorous growth and physical appearance of rapeseed, while also retaining the juicy, sweet and tender taste of Qingjiang bok choy. The research and extension station hopes that the highly heat-tolerant Qingjiang rapeseed can alleviate the shortage of leafy vegetables in summer and provide people with more dietary choices.
