Through the "New Taipei City New Farmers Counseling Program," the New Taipei City Agriculture Bureau visited 4 farms to understand their business philosophies and, based on the needs of the products they produce, designed packaging using CI (corporate identity) methods, helping to establish the "Linkou Organic Small Farmers Alliance." Combining brand image with the power of unity, the alliance expands visibility and boosts sales performance. Students from the College of Management at National Taipei University of Business also helped design and arrange the display cabinets. While communicating and coordinating with the young farmers, these students gained a deeper appreciation of the importance of caring for their homeland and being friendly to the land.

Manager Ling of Jiajiale Lifestyle Hardware Store said that setting up an organic section to sell organic fruits and vegetables produced by local young farmers not only diversifies the store's product offerings and raises the average transaction value, but also makes shopping more convenient for the public, so that buying groceries is no longer limited to the traditional market as the only option. It also helps local small farmers by providing a stable sales channel, creating a win-win-win situation for consumers, small farmers and the store.

Li Wen, Director-General of the New Taipei City Agriculture Bureau, said that from the food safety scandals to the post-food-safety era, consumers have become increasingly strict about the freshness and safety of ingredients, and the Agriculture Bureau has also kept pace with the times. In addition to being committed to promoting organic agriculture, in recent years it has also actively counseled agricultural newcomers such as young farmers, second-generation farmers, graduates of agricultural colleges, and career changers to join the farming ranks. It is also hoped that the successful case of the "Linkou Organic Small Farmers Alliance" will serve as a catalyst, attracting more aspiring new farmers and stores willing to invest in promoting organic agriculture to join in, building a safe and reassuring agricultural production and marketing system.
