Pothos and spider plants are common flowers in the homes of gardening enthusiasts. They are very hardy and generally hard to kill, but if you want to grow these flowers well and make them burst with growth, it is not an easy thing. You need to properly supplement fertilizer and water, and you can also scatter some soybeans into the pot, so the flowers can bloom even better!

How soybeans are used to grow flowers

1. Soak the soybeans in water for half a day, then they can be boiled and used as flower fertilizer, so you can put the soybeans in a pot and boil them.

2. Drain the boiled soybeans, then dig 4-5 holes in the flower pot, away from the plant's roots, scatter in a few boiled soybeans, cover with soil, and water well.

3. Note that you should not put in too many soybeans, to avoid the soybeans decomposing in the soil and burning the roots, which would be bad. Of course, besides pothos and spider plants, other plants can also be fertilized this way, and the effect is also very good.

4. After soaking the soybeans for 3-4 hours, wait until the skin wrinkles and they can be pinched apart, then you can use a spoon to crush the soybeans. Take a bottle with a lid, pour the water and soybeans in together, put the lid on, but do not screw it too tight, leaving some gaps, so this can speed up the fermentation process and avoid the bottle bursting.

When caring for flowers, gardening enthusiasts can pay attention to watering and fertilizing. You can put the soybeans in a bottle to ferment for about a month, then fertilize the flowers. After diluting with water, it can be used to water the flowers, so this can supplement nitrogen fertilizer for flower growth, and the flowers can bloom even better!
