The Pingtung County Government will launch the Rice Fragrance Slow Food 2018 Michelin Creative Cuisine Competition, Rural Charity Table Reservations and Four Labels One Q Agricultural Market Event on June 30, 2018 (Saturday) at 10:30 a.m. at the Gaoshu end of Gaomei Bridge in Pingtung County. The event contents include a Michelin Creative Cuisine Competition and a Rural Music Feast Charity Meal Reservation Activity. In addition, 1,200 portions of fragrant dishes cooked by the competing teams, featuring 40 different rice dishes, will be provided in limited quantities for the public on site to enjoy. The site also offers the public a free rice harvesting experience, displays of old-fashioned farm tools, introductions to rice knowledge, and an agricultural boutique exhibition.
