"Midsummer Bliss Light Art Feast" Yunlin-Chiayi-Tainan Local Ingredient Promotion Dinner

On the 24th, the Southwest Coast National Scenic Area Administration Office held the 2018 Bay Tourism Year - "Midsummer Bliss Light Art Feast" Yunlin-Chiayi-Tainan Local Ingredient Promotion Dinner at the High-Heel Wedding Church in Budai Township, using local ingredients to design delicious dishes. Chang Wu Fang-ming, Deputy Magistrate of Chiayi County, also came in person to taste the most authentic food, and the delicious flavors made him exclaim, "All the good stuff is in Chiayi."

To promote Chiayi's fine local ingredients, the "Midsummer Bliss Light Art Feast" Yunlin-Chiayi-Tainan Local Ingredient Promotion Dinner invited food businesses from Chiayi County to showcase their own products, and asked Wu Wen-chih, Deputy Director of the Department of Food and Beverage Management at Toko University, to design and develop new dishes, creating delicious cuisine with ingredients from the Yunlin-Chiayi area and expanding marketing channels for the products.
