A 60-billion-yuan forest tourism industry will be built in this way

The relevant department of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region recently issued the "Guangxi Forestry Development 13th Five-Year Plan", proposing that by 2020, Guangxi will build forest tourism into a 60-billion-yuan industry.

According to the plan, during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, Guangxi will strengthen the integrated development of forestry and the tourism industry, focusing on implementing the Green City Nanning Forest Tourism Circle construction project and the forest tourism "510" project, namely focusing on building 10 forest parks, 10 national wetland parks, 10 nature reserve ecotourism areas, 10 forest health bases, and 10 flower and nursery stock sightseeing bases; building 2 5A-level and 5 4A-level tourist attractions, and 30 forest homes, and deeply developing a number of distinctive forest tourism products. Select 1-2 national nature reserves with mature basic conditions to establish national parks. In addition, on the basis of the existing 17 national wetland parks, build 15 more national wetland parks and 70 autonomous-region-level, city-level and county-level wetland parks.
