Shanghe Welcomes Its First Pastoral Complex Project
The reporter learned from Shanghe County that starting this year, Shanghe County will invest 105.6 billion yuan in its rural revitalization plan, of which the city's first pastoral complex project, with a total investment of 100 billion yuan, has been signed and settled in Shanghe.
It is reported that this year Shanghe, centering on regional planning and industrial development, is vigorously advancing the construction of pastoral complex projects, exploring new agricultural forms and models, achieving industrial prosperity, and promoting rural revitalization. This year Shanghe County signed an agreement with Greenline Group to develop and build the Jinan Shanghe Urban Pastoral Health and Wellness Town project. The project is developed and built by Greenland Holdings Group and is located within Yuhuangmiao Town on the south side of Shanghe County, with a land area of about 25,000 mu, of which the urban construction land area is about 7,000 mu. With a hot spring health and wellness town as its theme, the project integrates modern agriculture, urban pastoral communities, and health and elderly care, and through the organic integration of "production, life, and ecology" and "agriculture, processing industry, and service industry," it realizes functions such as ecological agriculture, leisure tourism, urban pastoral living, and health preservation.
The project plans to use 3-5 years to achieve a total investment of about 100 billion yuan, creating Shandong's first featured town project combining an urban pastoral complex with hot spring health and wellness development.
In addition, related projects also include the commencement of construction of the Baize Quanyun Xiangli Pastoral Complex project with an investment of 2.4 billion yuan, where a 3,055-mu agricultural park and a 365-mu health and wellness community will achieve deep integration of industries such as agriculture, ecology, tourism, and health and wellness. The Tianhong Pastoral Complex Modern Agricultural Circular Economy Demonstration Zone, with an investment of 3 billion yuan, will rely on agricultural mechanization, intensification, and industrialization, cultivate leading enterprises in industrialization, advance the integrated development of the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries, implement the development strategy of beautiful villages and emerging industry clustering, and build a whole-industry-chain modern agricultural system.
On the basis of the momentum driven by project construction, Shanghe County will also advance farmland and water conservancy projects to consolidate the foundation for revitalization. These include the construction of a 100,000-mu high-yield grain demonstration zone and the 100-billion-jin grain production capacity plan, with a total investment of 352 million yuan. At present, 9 of the 12 projects have started construction, a commencement rate of 75%, with cumulative completed investment of 91.16 million yuan.
Shanghe County will also combine local characteristics to vigorously develop rural tourism and poverty alleviation and development, advance the construction of the Dianzizhang "Village in Paintings" tourism development project with an investment of 50 million yuan, and rely on 3D colored paintings to create a comprehensive tourism service area integrating tourism reception, sightseeing, and entertainment, so as to increase the people's income and help them become prosperous. It will advance the construction of the photovoltaic poverty alleviation project with an investment of 30 million yuan, installing distributed photovoltaic power stations in 75 impoverished villages, with a total installed capacity of 4,110 kilowatts and estimated annual revenue of 4.5 million yuan.
