Start by cleaning the terracotta pot; I just wiped away dust or particles inside the terracotta pot with a dry cloth. Next, dip the pot into the paint container until it reaches the paint height you want. Of course, you can also tilt it at a slight angle. Once done, slowly pull the pot out of the paint.

Then use a foam brush to wipe away the excess paint. If you just take the pot out and let it dry naturally, the paint will run and bubble because the paint is coated on too thickly.

I used the brush to slowly wipe away the paint around the pot. It is very simple, just brush along the dip line, which also helps fill in the bubble holes that have already formed.

If your paint depth is not deep enough to achieve the effect you want, you can also use a foam brush to apply the paint.

After doing this step, turn the pot upside down and wait for it to dry. Once drying is complete, fill the pot with succulents (or any other type of plant), and you are done. Even if it is not perfectly straight, it still looks great!
