Growing succulents also depends on fate. May your succulents all be the ones destined for you~
Every year around this time, the succulent growers in the group start getting busy! Shading, rain protection! Pest prevention and so on are all to minimize casualties for succulents during the tough summer!
More than three years of growing succulents! I can't say I have much experience! But my heart is already strong enough! All measures have been taken! If there are still casualties, perhaps it really just wasn't meant to be!
Actually, my casualties each year are not too bad! But there's no secret! I think being attentive is most important, from buying succulents, to mixing soil, to planting them! Then caring for them! If you put in the effort, they naturally tend to look their best, and once the roots are strong enough, they naturally won't be so prone to casualties!
When I first bought it, it was already damaged, but I took a liking to its shape, and it had a little cristation, so I bought it without hesitation. Peach, my favorite!
White Moon Shadow, I still remember last year when a single small single-head cost several tens, and this year it suddenly fell from grace. This must have a lot to do with it being easy to grow and easy to get through summer!
Back then, because it was expensive, I bought several Thick Moon Shadow to replace it. Now that it's so cheap, I bought this one without hesitation! Look at its beauty! Who cares about the price! Looking good is the truth
White Moon Shadow, love at first sight, stunning at second sight! But getting through summer is truly a tribulation!
Last year after summer it was so battered it was hard to look at, and I thought it would leave me. Then after summer I repotted it, and who would have thought it would be so stunning. The photo isn't even half as beautiful as the real thing! Milky white and translucent! Growing succulents is really like this, giving us surprises all the time!
This one has no pressure getting through summer, and it's always bright red and prosperous!
It's so beautiful, why chase after any expensive varieties
Sunset Cloud, which has been with me for more than two years, I brought it straight from the greenhouse pot and all, and it feels like there's mostly peat soil! But fortunately, its vitality is relatively tenacious, and it doesn't get too battered through summer either!
Blue Light, newly acquired this year, I don't know how strong its stress tolerance really is in summer. I hope I can still see her in autumn
Crested Beauty, 3 years, really easy to grow! And at least it can crest!
Another Peach, with the pot personally chosen and potted by Teacher Shanshui! It's just that my photography skills are limited, so I can't capture its beauty!
Champagne! I have no resistance at all to this yellow-toned type of succulent, Peach! Lemon Rose! And this Champagne!
Cinderella
Lucy
Daruidie
Devil's Claw
Continuing with more pictures, my favorite these past two days, Spiral-leaf Sedum, I never expected a pot of groundcover sedum could be so beautiful. Three years have created its beauty!
Golden Maria, seems like an Orca without cristation! Those charming little tips!
Black Rose, a friend said it looks sunburned, but I just love these special traits!
Cabbage, red cabbage, this one really is left to its own devices! It can grow however it wants with no pressure!
Here comes a dignified Da Vinci
