Food and agricultural education breaks out of its echo chamber; the Soil and Water Conservation Bureau promotes the two board games Good Food Calendar and Low-Carbon Mileage, connecting the place of origin to the dining table

Food and agricultural education is becoming increasingly important, and how to connect the place of origin to the dining table so that the public can learn more about where their food comes from is a major challenge. The Nantou Branch of the Soil and Water Conservation Bureau of the Council of Agriculture commissioned He Pu Cultural Tourism to develop two board games, "Good Food Calendar" and "Low-Carbon Mileage," hoping to use an entertaining approach to help more people experience food and agricultural education, eat local and seasonal food, and deepen their understanding of food.
