I've seen many terrace garden makeovers, but this childlike and creative succulent friend still struck a chord deep in the editor-in-chief's heart.

A friend said: We can go from playing with succulents to playing with gardens, slowly integrating the things we love into life, and that's a wonderful thing.

Actually, a long time ago, I wanted to properly arrange my succulent garden, but as the days passed the garden was still a mess.

Until not long ago when I visited her succulent garden, I deeply felt the sting, the atmosphere really differs so much between arranged and not arranged!

Thanks to my friend and her husband, who were super efficient in making me a shelving unit from discarded pallets, giving my collection a space to be displayed.

This is just the beginning, I invite everyone to come and see a corner of my succulent garden with me, the garden will continue to be transformed...

#Life should be wasted on beautiful things#

I also have a section of Aeoniums (the shelf boards were all taken apart from discarded shoe racks I picked up)

Now I have a place to drink coffee (the shelf was made by a friend from discarded pallets, the white chair is a wooden chair discarded by an elementary school, still very usable after a coat of paint)

The old window frame I picked up has new life

The little houses I collected have the best display shelf

Assembled pot creations

Half done, keep going

Breakfast in the garden

Air plants paired with the white cement angel my friend made, really a great match

My husband worked as hired muscle carrying the large 24 and small 8 hollow bricks up to the 5th floor, helping me build this flower stand, this is the gift from him that makes me happiest!

From the sarcasm when I first started growing succulents, to the later three-no policy of not supporting, not stopping, not cooperating, to now being willing to help me as hired muscle carrying soil, pots, and hollow brick flower stands, it's really hard to put into words.

It turns out he wasn't opposed to me growing succulents, but hoped I wouldn't become so obsessed with growing them that I neglected spending time with family.

Every day after work I was busy watering, spraying, repotting, and busy chatting with succulent friends (this took the most time). Hearing his words, I really felt ashamed.

Now I've adjusted my time spent on growing succulents and spend more time with family. Because my change changed him, so fellow flower lovers, please remember that growing succulents is just our hobby, don't neglect the most important people around you because of it!

#Cherish the people around you who love you#

This pot of lotus can only be viewed from the front, the leaves behind were eaten by cutworms until only the leaf stems remained, I probably caught dozens of worms on it, before I was most afraid of this kind of soft wriggling worm, but now I've been trained to just grab them directly as long as I wear gloves! Does growing succulents really unlock potential?

Flower pots my friend made from drink cans, eco-friendly and unique

The old window frame I picked up as a backdrop, paired with aluminum wire creations, a perfect match

Now I have a chain for hanging hanging pots, saving even more space

The old desk I picked up from the roadside, painted white with a red wine box added, transformed into my work desk

Mihua Tu, who always hoped to have a succulent castle, also discussed with a ceramics teacher for a long time, and finally made a succulent piece like this, so artistic~
