Jasmine carries a faint fragrance that makes people feel very comfortable. If you want to grow a pot of jasmine, you might as well take cuttings yourself.

When taking jasmine cuttings, if you can choose one-year-old branches that already bloomed in June, the survival rate will be higher.

This kind of branch itself grows relatively robustly, and the branch itself is relatively vigorous, so when taking cuttings, the chance of rooting and sprouting is relatively high.

Jasmine can be propagated by cuttings during the period from April to October.

Cutting method:

1: Cut a relatively robust branch, about 10 cm long, remove the excess leaves from the branch, leaving only two leaves. If you think the leaves are very large, you can also cut the leaves in half.

Note that you need to leave two bud nodes on the branch. After cutting, new leaves will grow from here, so you can see the growth of the cutting.

2: Insert the branch into a flower pot or a transparent plastic bottle. Keep the potting soil moist often, and place it in a well-ventilated place with scattered light, avoiding direct sunlight (in summer, you can choose to place it on a windowsill or balcony in a north-facing room on the shady side).

3: After about a month, you can see it grow roots. At this time, you can move it into the sunlight and let it grow in the sun, which can make the roots grow more.
