Jade plant cuttings have their tricks - new shoots keep sprouting nonstop

There are two ways to take jade plant cuttings, and both have fairly high survival rates: leaf cuttings and stem cuttings. Let's take a look together!
1. Leaf cutting method
(1). Prepare the growing medium; you can use sand and peat, add an appropriate amount of vermiculite, and keep the soil slightly moist, as this helps rooting.
(2). Cut off healthy, disease-free leaves, let the leaves dry, air-dry them for 1-2 days, and then insert them into the soil; they will root easily.
(3). After that, insert them diagonally into the sand bed, or you can simply lay them flat on top of the medium. They will root in about 20-30, and once the roots grow to 2-3 cm, start potting them up and transplanting.
2. Stem cutting method:
(1). First prepare the soil and keep it slightly moist, as this helps rooting.
(2). Cut off a healthy top stem, with a length of about 8-10 cm, and place it in a cool place to let the wound dry.
(3). Once the stem has dried a little, insert it into the sand bed. Generally, roots will begin to grow in about 20 days.
