Potted roses bred in China, beautiful enough to rival European and Japanese roses, bloom in all four seasons and are easy to grow

Introduction
Green plants in pots are essential accents for home life; they beautify the room and also delight the mind and nurture the character. Keeping some flowers and plants at home has many benefits. "Flower Voice Potted Plant Diary · Issue 1060" introduces you to a type of rose from mainland China.
The rose (that is, the cut-flower rose) is a traditional famous flower of our country and one of the top ten famous flowers. China is one of its places of origin, and many commercial roses in the world today carry genes from China. However, in the field of flower breeding, our country still lags far behind Europe, America and Japan. The domestic market is basically occupied by European roses and Japanese roses, and among mainstream varieties, domestically bred Chinese roses are rarely seen.
Only in recent years, as the well-known domestic flower company Tianlang Rose Garden successively launched several mainland rose varieties, was some of the decline reversed, filling many gaps among Chinese roses. Better-known mainland varieties include 'Summer Fireworks', 'Liuhua Qiuwu', 'Maiden's Heart', 'Cai Die', 'Qinglai' and others. This issue introduces the classic miniature rose variety Liuhua Qiuwu, a new cultivar with a short plant that is very suitable for potted display.
Liuhua Qiuwu is a large-flowered miniature rose. Its flower diameter can reach 7 cm. The flowers are purplish red, double, and were bred by crossing the European rose "Claire Austin" (pollen parent) with the red-flowered rose "Unconditional Love" (seed parent). It inherits the fine traits of both: the petals are neatly arranged in a five-pointed star or six-pointed shape, the bloom form is proper, and it also has a relatively rich fruity fragrance.
The most outstanding feature of Liuhua Qiuwu is its excellent flowering performance. Its flowering period is almost never interrupted throughout the year, and the flowers cover the branches; the larger the plant, the more flowers it bears. Its leaves are also very ornamental, glossy and shiny, evergreen all year round. It can truly be called "beautiful in both flower and leaf", offering both foliage and flowers to admire.
Liuhua Qiuwu is a low-growing plant, no more than 50 cm at its tallest, but it branches heavily, with a full and attractive plant shape that easily grows into a "ball" form; it does not need deep soil, and an ordinary-sized flower pot can meet its needs. It was born for potted display and is a rare excellent choice for balcony containers. The appearance of Liuhua Qiuwu filled many gaps among miniature roses from mainland China and has become a veritable "internet-famous flower", winning unanimous praise from flower lovers.
