Grow spider plants this way in summer, and every pot will be lush and green, and they will even produce lots of little spider plant babies

Spider plants are very beautiful and also a very common household potted green plant, but if your spider plant always looks wilted in summer, just grow it this way, and you won't have to worry about it not filling out the pot.
When growing spider plants in summer, the main things to pay attention to are sunlight, water, and fertilizing. If you do these well, it will be hard to grow them poorly.
1. Sunlight
Summer means high temperatures and strong sun. Some flower growers just put their spider plants on the balcony and leave them alone, thinking they are easy to grow. Aside from giving them a little water when the potting soil dries out, they hardly remember them at other times, and they often look wilted without anyone thinking anything is wrong. Anyway, I think spider plants like this are really pitiful!
Remember this: spider plants cannot be exposed to scorching sun. Although a balcony has bright light and good ventilation, it may also be quite sunny. In spring and autumn it does not matter, but in midsummer it really can scorch them to death. When growing spider plants in summer, be sure to provide shade.
2. Water
Although spider plants are easy to grow and are not likely to die if kept a bit dry at ordinary times, don't you think that by the time you water after the potting soil has dried out completely, its leaves have already curled up? That is far too little water.
Spider plants need more water in summer. As long as the potting soil does not become waterlogged, watering more frequently is fine. Usually it is best to keep the potting soil slightly moist, not too dry, and also spray the leaves with water more often.
3. Fertilizing
When spider plants are first potted, some decomposed fertilizer should be added to the bottom of the pot. Besides that, apart from generally not fertilizing in winter, you can actually add some fertilizer in all three seasons of spring, summer, and autumn. You can supplement with 1-2 times of diluted liquid fertilizer each month, which can make its leaves broad, glossy, and green.
