The expert takes the rose's pulse: a burst of blooms you cannot stop

Flower friends complain: with the roses I grew before, the most common problem was pests and diseases. If you let your guard down for a moment, there is a layer of webbing all over the plant. At first I thought it was just spiders, but I never expected the leaves to later turn white all over. Not feeling at ease, I asked a friend what was going on, and it turned out that the following problems appear during the growth of roses.
Pests and diseases
Whiteflies, red spider mites, aphids, black spot disease, southern blight, and thrips - these are all pests and diseases that roses are prone to. Do not underestimate them. Hurry and ask an expert to take their pulse. If you should kill the insects, then kill the insects, without hesitation.
Huahua also introduces several pesticides for preventing pests and diseases. First is sterilization: you can use products like carbendazim and chlorothalonil, once a month is enough, and it can play a preventive role. At the same time, control watering well, do not water too much; too moist, and waterlogging easily leads to pests and diseases.
For killing insects, you can generally use imidacloprid, Huhuashen and the like; for red spider mites, use a specialized red spider mite killer. Basically, with these few pesticides, that is about enough.
To improve the rose's resistance and avoid it dying immediately when pests and diseases occur, you can use ecologically safe organic fertilizer, fermented from sugarcane stalks, rich and balanced in nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, fully fermented, without any chemicals, promoting the rose to grow vigorously, with sturdy plants and abundant blooms.
The expert also gave 1 tip, and that is to be ruthless with pruning. But you do not have to be ruthless at all times. Generally, when there are pests and diseases and you do not know what to do, then be ruthless and prune. Although there is some loss, at least the rose will not die; as long as it can survive, that is good. If there is a way to kill the insects and treat the disease, then first use medication for a period of time before saying more.
Be ruthless with pruning in winter, and spring blooms will be fierce as a tiger. Winter is a period when roses store energy. At this time, cut off all the branches and leaves, leaving just a few main trunk branches, and there is no need to consider other aspects. Before overwintering, apply fertilizer once, with the purpose of enabling it to sprout more new buds in early spring and prepare for spring flowers.
To safely get through summer, you still have to prune. If your rose grows vigorously in spring, with luxuriant branches and leaves, then before summer arrives you still have to prune once, cutting back those dense, weak and damaged branches once, with the purpose of ventilation and air flow, so the rose is not stifled by the high summer temperatures.
