A heavy rain
washed the succulents at Xiong Ge's home completely clean.
It is not easy for succulents to get through the summer.
Only by eating and drinking their fill while the weather is cool do they have the strength to survive the summer.
A group photo of a small portion of them. This year the Echeveria laui still lives in a clay pot, and there is no way it is going to rot. Whether it looks good in summer does not matter; staying alive is what really counts!
Sedum 'Little Beauty', Sedum 'Joseau's Pink', Sedum pachyphyllum, and Crassula perforata.
I love leaves like these, with layer upon layer of red edges.
So satisfying
A confession from a bunch of bear paws; bear paws are actually fairly easy to get through the summer. Although you can still sense them going dormant. But once you understand them, watering along with their rhythm is not hard at all.
Hi there, give a round of applause for the coolness of a rainy day
Sedum 'Little Beauty', no need to rush growing up, just enjoy the sunshine beautifully.
My beloved Echeveria 'Purple Velvet'. A beauty with class!
The red edges of Echeveria cuspidata var. zaragozae will captivate everyone in autumn; in summer it looks big and silly, but that is fine, I will wait for your beauty
Echeveria 'White Phoenix' has a lot of deformed leaves this year; I do not know what went wrong
When the temperature is a little lower, the pink colour develops. This little old specimen has a different shape every year. I like it this way this year too
A Haworthia cooperi var. pilifera I have grown for four years, always forgotten by me. This little thing that lives on whatever the sky provides is getting more and more compact.
My Echeveria 'Lola'.
The thirsty Pachyphytum 'Amethyst'
And the fiery red Graptosedum 'Bronze'
A small group photo. The seedlings have all grown up
