Bought a top-floor apartment just to grow flowers, and over 5 years turned the rooftop into a garden
I have always wanted to show off my parents' rooftop garden, because every time I go back I feel they have taken care of it so well and made it so comfortable! My parents live in an old residential compound, and they bought it precisely because the rooftop could be used for growing flowers, wanting to return to a pastoral kind of life. The waterproofing was redone, costing 50,000 yuan. I took photos in quite a few different seasons, all for today. First, a panoramic shot - isn't it beautiful?
Mom loves flowers, all kinds of varieties. This year the roses bloomed so well!
Golden osmanthus - every autumn it is full of osmanthus flowers, and you can even make osmanthus honey with them!

Naitang is in the shot - we bought him specially for my parents to keep, afraid the two of them would be bored at home. He always loves running up to the rooftop.
The cosmos seeds I brought back - Mom scattered them in the soil and they just lived!
