"With lots of patience and smiles, waiting for a flower to bloom carries very important meaning in life."
-- Lin Dihuan, Waiting for a Flower to Bloom
Spring warms and flowers bloom, and the flower stalks of succulents are like graceful ladies, elegant and charming in countless ways.
That tenderness of a lowered head, that sweetness when growing side by side, that appearance of blooming freely facing the sunlight, exquisite and breathtaking, delicate and moving.
In the morning light, in the dusk, every gaze and quiet look cannot help but make one feel envious; these dazzling scenes before our eyes are just like our fleeting youth, brilliant and colorful, like a dream, and like an illusion...
Echeveria 'Purpusorum'? No, keep as given: Jingye, round and plump, always dazzles my eyes. Its flower stalk is also gracefully slender, with gorgeous colors.
The flower stalk of Huayueye is graceful in form, inverted-bell-shaped, crystal clear like jade, radiant and striking.
Tia lacks light, so it has never turned red, only a little at the edges. The flower buds, however, are especially red, and the small white flowers it produces are very beautiful.
A pair of Qiuli, with only one flower stalk. The small yellow star-shaped flowers are dazzling and brilliant.
TP, originally also properly named "Dibi", which still sounds nice. A tiny one, yet it grew three flower stalks, and they are especially tall, and the flowers also bloom especially red.
The dainty and exquisite Nicole Shana (Jin Mudan), its flower stalk has yet another kind of flavor.
Allen is in fairly good condition, pale pink, and its flower stalk is also fleshy; the small white flowers it produces are like five-pointed stars, and the petals even have beautiful red speckled patterns.
The flower stalks of Xuetu are beautiful no matter when photographed. The stems grew longer and longer, and in the end could no longer stand upright, drooping lower and lower. Looking at it was tiring too; the first flower stalk was cut starting from it.
Cut off the flower stalks and casually place them in a bottle; though just a small bunch, it is extremely elegant. If decorated on a bedside table, it would be a nice indoor accent. If placed on a windowsill, when a breeze blows over, a trace of delicate fragrance, lightly pleasing...
Life is so beautiful. May we all cherish it as we go.
