Feed strawberries a little vinegar every week, and the fruit will be so big and sweet you can't finish eating them

Home gardening is becoming more and more popular with everyone. Whether you live in a villa or a high-rise building, with just a balcony or a sunny windowsill, you can enjoy the fun of home gardening! Potted strawberries are a plant that is quite suitable for home ornamental cultivation. Usually you can enjoy them as greenery, and once they bear fruit you also get fresh fruit to eat. If you want to grow strawberries well, do the following points well.
1. Choosing seedlings. Whether you buy them online or from a local flower and bird market, both are fine. For varieties, you can choose excellent four-season strawberry varieties such as Shuofeng strawberry, Mingjing strawberry, and Milk strawberry. For strawberry seedlings you buy, if the leaves are a bit wilted, you can cut off the yellow leaves and keep 2-3 leaves for photosynthesis.
2. Choosing a pot. To grow potted strawberries, you must choose a suitable pot. A flower pot with a diameter of 20-30cm is most suitable. The material can be a ceramic pot or a purple clay pot. Nowadays many gardening enthusiasts use that kind of multi-layer plastic pot to grow them, saving space. At the same time, choose a container with enough drainage holes in the bottom. After choosing the pot, it is best to spread some small gravel on the bottom of the pot to prevent the soil from clogging the drainage holes.
3. Choosing soil. It is best to choose soil with high humus content. If you don't have that, ordinary soil is also fine. You can add a little coconut coir or perlite to enhance the soil's air permeability. Ordinary soil does not have much nutrition, so you must pay attention to fertilizing later. After the strawberries are planted, you can spread a layer of small vermiculite on top of the soil to prevent soil from splashing onto the fruit when watering.
4. Fertilizer and water. If you want strawberries to bloom and bear fruit all year round, with big and sweet fruit, you must pay attention to fertilizing, and be an owner who knows how to fertilize. Fertilize the strawberries once every 7 days, using an organic nutrient solution specially for strawberries. It looks dark, like vinegar, and smells a bit sweet. Mix 1ml of the nutrient solution concentrate with 500ml of water and pour it at the roots, or mix it with 2000ml of water and spray the leaves. The strawberry roots and leaves absorb it doubly, and the fruit that grows is big and sweet.
