Growing a pot of this flower is like looking at a beauty doing her makeup every day. What flower is this?

Growing a Canna Lily at home, you can see a beauty doing her makeup - believe it?
The Canna Lily has a stately plant, broad emerald-green leaves, and bright flowers - a truly spectacular green plant.
A gardening friend's Canna Lily had root rot, and they asked me what to do. Actually it's very simple, no need to worry, let's take a look together at how to care for it.
Root rot is caused by overwatering; when the soil has poor air permeability, the water cannot be absorbed and accumulates in the soil long-term, causing the tubers to rot and develop disease. It can also be caused by too high a fertilizer concentration, which burns the roots.
After root rot, the leaves turn yellow and wilt, not spreading out, because nutrients cannot reach them, and the whole plant looks limp and out of sorts.
At this point, you can pull the Canna Lily out of the soil and check its root system. If the roots are rotten, cut off the rotten roots until fresh roots are exposed, then soak it in a carbendazim solution, take it out and let it dry.
Replace the soil and replant. If it is planted directly in the ground, you can water it with a carbendazim solution to sterilize it. For the potting soil, you can mix garden soil, leaf mold, and river sand. This type of soil is loose, breathable, and drains well, making it very suitable for flower growth.
After planting, water thoroughly and place it in a cool, ventilated spot. Because its plant is relatively tall, to help it recover, you can cut off its stems and leaves, which helps it survive.
Canna Lilies grow relatively fast and are very easy to keep alive. So there is no need to worry about cutting off the stems and leaves. If grown indoors, some gardeners, in order to dwarf it, will cut off the stems and leaves when it grows to 30 or 40 cm, letting it regrow. After dwarfing, the Canna Lily's flowers are more directly visible, and you don't have to crane your neck and stand on tiptoe. So as long as it is alive, there's no worry that it won't grow.
Canna Lilies are very tolerant of poor soil. When fertilizing, apply light fertilizer frequently, and do not use too high an amount at once. Fertilizer that cannot be absorbed will cling to the tuberous roots long-term and easily burn them, so pay attention to the amount.
The Canna Lily is a very easy-to-grow flower with especially strong adaptability. As long as the soil is loose and breathable, there is no lack of water, and there is enough light, it will grow very well. Tall and upright, with beautiful bright flowers and broad emerald-green leaves - does it have the feel of a beauty doing her makeup?
