Don't let children eat too much of these fruits, especially the last one to watch out for

Eat in moderation and don't overdo it. Even the best things bring no benefit to the body when eaten in large amounts. So it's not just cherries - all foods are best eaten in moderation. The key is to absorb a variety of different nutrients. Newborn babies cannot eat them. Infants under six months old should not be given cherries, because cherries contain abundant iron, and before a baby's organs have developed and their functions are fully mature, they cannot properly process these elements, which may burden the organs. Don't eat cherries on an empty stomach. Even though cherries are so highly nutritious, never eat them on an empty stomach. They may cause abdominal pain and diarrhea, and are relatively harmful to the stomach.
Lychee is a high-sugar fruit, usually appearing in summer. During this season, chilled lychee has always been my favorite. I once ate so many that I got a nosebleed. Lychee has a relatively high iron content, so eating more is very beneficial for northerners, especially northern women. However, for a baby of a few months, eating just one may cause a nosebleed. High sugar is also very damaging to babies. A baby's digestive tract is not yet fully developed, and high sugar can cause vomiting in little ones. This point must be noted. Lychee is hot in nature, and people with bleeding disorders, pregnant women, and young children should all avoid eating it. Those with a yin-deficiency and fire-excess constitution should avoid it; people with diabetes should avoid it. Lychee should not be eaten in large amounts; eating too much causes internal heat. For the elderly, eating too much lychee can worsen constipation. When you have acne, boils, a cold, or acute inflammation, it is also unsuitable to eat lychee, otherwise it will worsen the condition.
Green jujube Green jujubes are crisp, sweet, and juicy, and many children love eating them too. But because a child's stomach is much more delicate than an adult's, and the skin of green jujubes is relatively hard, this places a huge burden on the child's stomach and damages it. Moreover, this not only prevents the child from absorbing nutrients, but actually causes more nutrients to be lost. So parents must not let their children eat too many!
It is also the most harmful type. Why is that said? First, look at betel nut. Betel nut contains alkaloids that can cause cancer. Qiu Zhanxian, section chief of the First Section of the Taipei City Health Bureau, stated that 88 percent to 92 percent of oral cancer patients in Taipei developed the disease because of chewing betel nut. Children lack self-control. If they are exposed to it over the long term, it is very easy for them to develop oral cancer and throat cancer. Betel nut is the raw material for low-grade catechu, and its main alkaloid is arecoline, which veterinarians use as a deworming medicine. Betel nut chewing products have been listed by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) as a Group 1 carcinogen.
