How to supplement nutrients for orchids? Common household materials can provide plenty of nutrients

Orchids are a flower deeply loved by Chinese gardening enthusiasts, generally very common in studies and offices, and able to show off one's personal temperament. Friends who love growing orchids all have this experience: when an orchid grows to a certain point, slow growth appears, because the growing medium in the pot is limited, and the nutrients it can provide to the orchid are also limited. At this point, you need to supplement nutrients for the orchid to "recharge" it.
Generally there are quite a few ways to fertilize orchids. We can directly buy ready-made fertilizer, but most ready-made flower fertilizers are inorganic fertilizers, and long-term use easily causes the potting soil to become compacted, causing certain harm to the orchid. Below I want to share with you a little method for fertilizing orchids; the materials are all very common household materials.
The materials used are the very common potato and tea leaves from home. Generally, cut the potato into small pieces with a small knife, put them into a bowl filled with clean water, then crush the tea leaves and put them into the bowl too, mix them together and soak for about a day, then filter out the residue, and take the filtered clear liquid to spray the orchid. Spray once a day, and generally in about a week the orchid can become lush and green.
Of course, the filtered residue does not need to be thrown away either. It can be mixed with garden soil and then placed in a sunny spot to ferment. Generally in about a month it can ferment completely, and then it can be buried into the potting soil or mixed into the potting soil when repotting. Either way it can provide certain nutrients for the orchid and allow the orchid to grow healthily.
