For bonsai, is organic soil or inorganic soil more beneficial for growth?

Potting soil is divided into two categories: organic potting soil and inorganic potting soil. Peat, leaves, bark and the humus of dead trees are the main components of organic soil. Inorganic potting soil mainly includes: volcanic rock and clay pebbles.
As time went on and bonsai knowledge improved, people found that organic soil is not beneficial for the growth of bonsai.
The advantages of inorganic soil are: it can maintain a loose, airy structure for a long time, it does not decompose into ash, it has strong moisture retention, and excess water can quickly flow out from the bottom of the pot.
The most suitable inorganic soil for growing bonsai is a special volcanic rock from the island of Java in Indonesia. Through the trials of countless bonsai masters, this soil is a substrate very suitable for growing bonsai.
